Responsible for designing, implementing, and leading the global Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy and operating/delivery model for GE Vernova, driving consistent and common practices across the company and leveraging best-in-class tools and technology.
Responsible for Americas & EMEA talent acquisition COE strategy, thought leadership, and operational results. Challenged to build a talent acquisition model to be effective, scalable (up and down), and deliver a diverse group of candidates timely to meet the talent demands of Stryker’s businesses. • Talent acquisition leader responsible for Americas & EMEA region talent acquisition CoE strategy and execution. Contributor, collaborator, influencer of Stryker’s global talent acquisition strategy. • Lead regional teams of full-time / contract talent acquisition professionals to reset the bar for operational excellence and delivery while providing an outstanding team and stakeholder experience. • Perpetuates a fun, participative, continuous improvement atmosphere focused on year over year improvement of key performance indicators while always looking to innovate and deploy best practices • Partner with functional, operational and human resources leaders to design custom talent acquisition solutions for: acquisitions, business footprint changes, new country entry, critical position pipelines, etc…

Talent Acquisition CoE leader responsible for global talent acquisition vision, strategy, thought leadership, governance and operational results. Challenged to build a talent acquisition model that was scalable (up and down), cost effective and would deliver a diverse group of candidates timely to meet the talent demands of Eaton’s global businesses. • Talent acquisition strategy that included: employee value proposition, employer branding, social media, web content creation & management, candidate experience, assessment & selection training / practices, applicant tracking system identification & deployment, employer referral program, sourcing, military recruitment, diversity recruitment, onboarding, recruitment metrics development & reporting and more • Lead a global team consisting of 120 talent acquisition professionals spread across APAC, EMEA, LatAm, and North America responsible for over 8,000 hires and cost avoidance in excess of $4 million a year. • Eaton talent acquisition best practices have resulted in improved time-to-accept, a reduction in utilization of outside firms, increase in employee referral program results and improved stakeholder satisfaction ratings. • Thought leader and evangelist for the talent acquisition function, traveling to each region to roll out global programs, practices and systems, meeting with regional leaders to build support for the centralized talent acquisition strategy.
• Joined Integis, Inc. as part of owner’s exit strategy with intent to transfer ownership over 5 year period • Successfully completed Vice President of Corporate Communications and National Sales Executive searches and identified the final slate of candidates on a Chief Financial Officer search • Combined revenue generated from these three searches was approximately $180,000
