With a strong foundation in architectural practices, I manage enhanced client relationships, guiding them expertly through the construction process. Leveraging skills in construction and architectural design, honed over the years, I have implemented strategies that streamline construction processes and bolster project efficiency. At Firm Ground I work with the team to develop our designs from concept to construction. My major role is project manager coordinating with our office and consultants. I have experience researching and integrating new and unique elements into a building. My personal interests are urban development or redevelopment towards a human scaled city and government buildings.
At BKV Group I was part of many teams to help with SD, DD and CD documents. A majority of my time was spent detailing projects but was part of all phases of 4 projects ranging from Eddy's Resort in northern Minnesota to the Cavanagh Senior Living apartments in Crystal, MN. In My time here all the projects I worked on were done in Revit Using the full capabilities of BIM, including coordinating with structural, mechanical, electrical, and clash detection.
