Recommend, plan and manage federal buildings and site sustainability and site greening projects for the purpose of meeting federally mandated sustainability and site greening renovation projects. Manage and plan daily, weekly, monthly, building and site operations, budgets and purchasing.
Project was a Multi Million dollar renovation of Warren Consolidated Schools School Transportation center. Center buildings, fuel station, and 9 acres paved parking lot were built on a landfill. The parking lot and entrance drive; storm water catch basins and piping; and curbs and concrete pads, were renovated via Full Depth Reclamation. In addition portions of electric supply, natural gas service and supply, city water service renovated by means of Full Depth Reclamation of asphalt, curbs and concrete pads. Full Depth Reclamation process creates a stable base 16 inches below sub-grade of asphalt and concrete pads. All contractors entering the work site were required to under go training of the Due Care Plan written specifically for the site due the to landfill conditions. All workers and conditions were closely monitored by the site safety officer who's job was to monitor gas levels and working conditions on site to ensure all workers and work completed followed the Due Care Plan. Workers were removed from any area where gas levels or working conditions were deemed unsafe until conditions were made safe and retested
Directed new developement; managed maintenance of existing buildings, grounds, equipment and oversaw food services. New developement included construction of baseball field and football field. Renovation projects include roofing, bathhouse and kitchens.
