Experienced in both private and public service relative to land planning and design. My goal is to immerse myself in situations where there are both teaching and learning opportunities, with the ability to provide an achievable solution and good value in the services I provide.
As part of the land acquisition team, I provide forward planning and due diligence support to determine the viability of a residential project.
Ohio Stream Preservation, Inc, (“OSP”) was formed under Section 5301.68 and 5301.69 of the Ohio Revised Code, and is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit conservation organization with the purpose of preserving and enhancing Ohio's water resources and their watersheds, including wetlands, streams, rivers, and riparian corridors. Initially elected in November 2005, running unopposed in 2013 and 2017, and currently serving a fifth four-year term. Together with two other trustees, the Board of Trustees has the responsibility of managing the direction of the Township's Police, Fire, Service (Roads, Parks and Cemeteries) and Zoning Departments on behalf of over 12,000 residents.
