I exhibit the qualities of sound, responsible leadership, as well as creative thinking and a passion for the field. My years in both JROTC and Directing during school have given me a foundation of integrity. I am a firm believer in taking responsibility for actions, big or small, and that integrity is what you do when people are not looking. These early skills also helped me develop my abilities to delegate and lead. A great leader instills confidence and ability in others through strong delegation. This entails getting to know your workforce, their capabilities, and their strengths. It is important to relate, encourage, and celebrate exceptional work effort in all team members. My time in career circles has furthered my ability to think outside the box and apply many skills to jobs that are not generally suited to that industry. At many prior companies I have served multiple job roles under one title. Whether that is being a warehouse manager but also doing on site IT installation, or fielding multiple sections of the business at both theme parks and movie theaters. I am flexible, a quick learner, and can adapt to any new environment. I am not intimidated when it comes to performing above my work title. Through teaching children and working with immigration law I have also learned to be flexible and find new ways to both teaching, leading, and writing. Explaining things clearly through perceived methods and reading people is a valuable skill that I have cultivated over the years and it serves excellently when dealing with clients, kids, and government officials alike. A personal touch is all the more important in our ever changing digital age, and the people who really appreciate a service do so because there is an individual on the other side of the desk or phone who has a vested interest in the company and the customer. I am a valuable partner with engaging problem solving ideas, ready to be put to use in any industry.
