My objective is to maintain and further enhance MPS Crane Operators' position in the industry of being the largest, most successful specialist recruitment business supplying professional crane and lifting personnel in the UK. To continuously ensure that our systems, recruitment methods, health and safety practices and training are at the very forefront of the industry. I want to ensure that our clients are provided with the very best personnel and service and to offer our candidates excellent work opportunities. In my role as Operations Manager, I manage 10 in house staff and up to 250 temporary workers each week and oversee all operations with the supply of crane operators and other lifting personnel to sites all over the UK and overseas. I have expertise in all aspects of the recruitment process from on boarding of candidates through to the supply and assessment of operatives on site.
