Recognized as an experienced leader in the linkage of business strategy and supply chain operations across the Asia Pacific region in today’s changing global markets, I am passionate about business success and growth. I have over 30 years of logistics and operational expertise, including executive leadership, M&A, company Board Director and Chairperson experience and I am now serving Tier 1 Global Industry organizations in a Corporate Advisory and M&A capacity. I have previously controlled operations across 9 countries and a workforce greater than 5,000 in the region and bring more than 30 years of leadership, operational logistics and M&A experience. Having held senior executive positions within the Cold Logistics supply chain, QSR wholesale and transport industries, and as a company Board Director for the RWTA, providing thought leadership as a speaker and panelist at international conferences and events, I have travelled the world in my roles. Serving as a member of the Board for more than 10 years and Chairman (2017-2022) to the RWTA (Refrigerated Warehouse & Transport Association of Australia), I have enjoyed giving back to the Industry I served. As President from 2018 to 2020, a partner and executive for Emergent Cold Pty Ltd, a start-up operational Cold Logistics company, we built a great team and grew the company size to be within the top 10 globally. As the fastest growing Cold Storage company across Asia Pacific at the time, the business was sold to Lineage in May 2020. I currently hold a number of company Board Director positions and I am a highly regarded business leader who brings an experienced perspective to multi-country operations and business growth opportunities. With my transformational leadership style, coupled with my International Network of Industry Thought Leaders and Experts, I have established a platform for company growth across the International Cold Chain and Food Supply Chain organizations. I formerly held the Position of President Asia-Pacific for Lineage, including filling 34 Company Directorships and three Chairperson positions.
