       Responsible for corporate logistics finance, back stock planning/operations, logistics supply chain, and logistics reporting over five Distributon Centers and corportate logistics.  Collaborate with internal I.S., as well as Wynright and Vocollect, to develop databases to implement a voice picking system and administer JDA.  Evaluate potential new DC sites and measure the ROI of upgrading/combining facilities.  Analyze warehouse back stock levels to determine appropriate weeks of supply are being held at DC.  Convert suppliers to cross dock program to drive speed to market initiatives while reducing DC payroll.  Work with engineering group to increase rack facings based on forecasted need (doubled SKUs held in one year).  Developed various tools for planning departments to submit inventory plans for forecasting.  Measure pick density by location to improve Put To Light system efficiency.  Oversee team of one Manager, one Senior Financial Analyst, and three Analysts.  Developed and implemented a back stock letdown process using Access to manage the process and feed the JDA system.
