Manage and direct the complex technical, financial and operational activities of a battery manufacturing department to ensure the timely and safe production of high volume, low cost and first quality AAA and 9V batteries.
Responsible for leading Product Supply (Manufacturing) initiatives for Duracell. This includes training, coaching and supporting five manufacturing sites on Autonomous Maintenance activities, capacity analysis and securing project funding for capacity expansion, and global ownership of Duracell's Product Supply Business Continuity Planning process. As a member of the Product Supply leadership team, I work with a cross-functional team to support multi-plant cost reduction projects.
Manage and direct all operational activities for an FDA regulated battery cathode manufacturing site.
Ownership of all manufacturing, engineering, and quality key performance indicators within the CP1 and 1/3N value streams.
