LinkedIn Ads for B2B is broken. Not by the platform, but by lazy creative. Templated and AI slop copy. Stock images. Feature-based and USP-based ads to an audience that's seen them 100 times. Then marketers wonder why campaigns plateau at €5K/month spend. I fix that. I'm the creative-performance hybrid: I make campaigns that work for sales and don't make people scroll past. I build Ads strategies and full-funnel creative systems for high-ticket B2B service brands. I handle Paid Ads end-to-end; strategy, setup, creative, optimisation. I also help design email sequences and landing page strategies (partnering with specialists for execution when needed).
 My speciality: Companies in the €250k-10M annual revenue range who need creative strategy and funnel thinking, not just more ad spend. If your campaigns are plateauing, that's where I come in. How I work: I offer three ways to collab: 1. 90-day omnichannel builds: I design your full-funnel creative system (ads, email, landing pages) and help you staff it with the right team or subcontractors. 2. Creative strategy retainers: I design your angles, test plans, and quarterly roadmap. You handle execution, or I bring in my network. 3. Performance audits: I diagnose what's broken in your campaigns and give you a strategic blueprint to fix it. My approach: I care about creative craft. I study the work of ad legends and the best agencies. But I also care about performance. I want campaigns that win awards and hit revenue targets. I'm based in Portugal, originally from Belgium. I travel often, work with subcontractors, and keep my client roster intentionally small (4-6 at a time) so I can do deep work.
