Initially I was contracted to program manage the move of their biggest backbone node in their network with as key drivers minimizing customer impact and achieving the imposed deadlines. Both goals have been successfully achieved and the applied approach is meanwhile used as a reference within the organisation. Later on I managed a program to develop and implement a new product/service. The implementation included key infrastructure and civil works. Currently I am managing a major customer programme involving key infrastructure extensions and major civil works in sometimes challenging environments and against even more challenging deadlines. In parallel I acted as a coach for some of the Eurofiber Project managers
