I operate as part of the EMEA Solution Consulting Center of Excellence, with a focus on Autonomous IT. My role has evolved from direct people leadership into a regional, cross-functional impact role, where I help shape strategy, positioning, enablement, and execution across the field. I work closely with Product Management, GTM leadership, and Specialist SC communities to drive consistency, clarity, and impact — translating vision and roadmap into field-ready narratives, workshops, demos, and adoption plays. A key part of my work is supporting complex enterprise engagements, especially where observability, data foundations, AI-driven operations, and workflow automation intersect. What I focus on • Autonomous IT & Service Operations: Helping customers move toward Zero Outages, Zero Touch IT, and resilient operations • CoE Enablement & Thought Leadership: Curating best practices, technical narratives, and reusable assets for EMEA field teams • Bridging Product, GTM, and Field: Turning roadmap and innovation into actionable, customer-facing value • Enterprise-Grade Execution: Supporting large, multi-stakeholder transformations in regulated and complex environments Alongside this role, I bring deep hands-on experience as a presales technical consultant in APM, ITOM, Service Operations, and Security, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset from co-founding a performance engineering consultancy earlier in my career. Curious by nature and outcome-driven, I enjoy working where technology, operations, and business strategy meet — simplifying complexity, challenging assumptions, and helping teams and customers turn ideas into real-world results.
