He is also a frequent speaker at conferences and business schools, where he shares his expertise on IT and business-related topics. Before founding Whitelane Research, Jef spent 10 years at Gartner, where he successfully built the BeNeLux and France regions. He also served as Head of Market Research Europe at Morgan Chambers and EquaTerra and earlier established the European operations and business development activities at TruSecure.
