South Korea
I've been fortunate. A nonprofit, two Korean universities, the world's largest private assessment organization, and now a fast-growing EdTech — four careers, each one teaching me something the previous one couldn't. I think of myself as part of the 1.5th generation of international education in Korea. Standing on the shoulders of those who built the foundation, I was lucky enough to work through what I believe was the first golden age of student mobility. The work I did in my first career — built from zero — still shows up on other websites two decades later. That means something to me. Fourteen years in a global organization gave me a perspective on markets, strategy, and what it actually takes to grow across borders. Now, in my fourth career, I'm hoping to put all of that to work — for Korean higher education, and for the students who are part of it.
