The scope of this role was to implement Workday and Ascender (Managed Service) from a current state of SAPHCM, SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors Learning.
Zurich acquired the Life Insurance business from ANZ Wealth in December 2017. This complex business acquisition successfully completed in June 2019 and included the transition of over 500 employees from ANZ to Zurich. The integration of those employees was highly complex due to the employee relations environment (Enterprise Agreements) and Share Sale Agreement with ANZ as well as many logistical and technical challenges due to IT and property constraints. As Integration Lead, a strong cross-functional perspective and collaboration effort is required.
