About

Independent researcher, Environmental & social performance expert, author I create multi stakeholder projects & design experiences that aim at bringing ecological transition. I am a creative catalyst and like to work with collectives. My expertise lies in : 1.Just ecological innovation and Design = Co Designing leading and then transmitting projects that embed ecological transition as their goal ( less impacts + more regeneration + more social justice + beauty ) and in their way of doing (collective intelligence + new governance+ collective design + new learning methodology). All projects I created continue their life in an organization without me 2. Training, facilitation and leadership for accompanying change for a just ecological transition : I teach on "seeing ecology in a new way" " ecological leadership" "resilience" and create and facilitate learning experiences or long haul internal change programs for actors of the ecological transition. Nature connection practices (Shinrin Yoku) and systems thinking are two key ingredients of this approach. I work for individuals, formal or informal collectives, public and private stakeholders. (individuals struggling with eco anxiety, SMEs, Multinational companies, NGOs, Institutions, communities). I create collective learning experiences to inspire transformative change in individuals and groups. and to gather strength for the paradigm shift. In 2023 I worked on : - accompanying a team of 10 companies in a transformational program for companies engaging in regenerative practices ( CEC ) & designing their nature connection practices - accompanying collectives, boards and Excoms towards system change and regenerative practices - designing and accompanying transformative experiences around nature connection and ecological leadership with @Regeneration & co. (workshops and retreats with The work that reconnects and Shinrin Yoku practices.) - researching langage in the Anthropocene with an artwork and working on empowering change makers I draw my inspiration and practices, from a mix of 1. 15 years working experience on sustainability & ecological transition, stakeholder engagement, training design and collective intelligence, 2. my practice as an artist & my time in nature 3. my research and facilitation experience working with groups practicing ecology and working on their transition ( be it in companies, as students, as teams, in institutions, NGOs or for activist groups) #Social innovation #Theworkthatreconnects #Collective intelligence #biodiversity #climatechange
