Hampton, Virginia, United States
Hello! I'm a Chemical Engineer who has experience working with protein engineering, microbiology, pharmaceutical, and nanoparticle research. I was previously a process engineer working at Newport News Shipbuilding where I was involved in many areas related to Nuclear Aircraft Carriers and Nuclear Submarines, specifically designing and approving novel metal 3D-printed valves in the U.S. Navy's premiere additive manufacturing department. I have recently graduated with my M.S. in Chemical and Life Science Engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University, specializing in Protein Engineering and DNA modification. My published thesis can be accessed online through VCU Scholar's Compass. When I'm not working, I enjoy talking to my friends, golfing, weightlifting, and reading about Roman and Medieval history. If you'd like to learn more about me, please reach out via email ([email protected]). I look forward to meeting you!
