Leading the implementation and long‑term embedding of GSK’s ISO IDMP‑aligned Master Data Management model to ensure Product, Substance and related data are mastered as close to source as possible. Accountable for defining and evolving the central MDM business and system architecture, supporting the transition to steady‑state operations, and ensuring continuous compliance as global health authorities introduce new data requirements. Drives a multidisciplinary team responsible for end‑to‑end data flow analysis, process and data modelling, and optimisation of ISO IDMP standards across internal and external systems. Works closely with cross‑functional stakeholders (R&D and Commercial) to roll out successive maturity stages of the MDM framework within GSK’s Digital, Data & Analytics landscape, while supporting global data governance, validation, curation, and regulatory initiatives.
As Product and Substance Master Data Strategy Lead, with an team of 25 people, my role is to support and develop GSK vision & strategy for Product and Substance Master Data. It encompasses IDMP-readiness of GSK.
As IDMP Sustainability Strategy Lead, with an team of 12 consultants, my role is to transform the Vx IDMP vision & strategy into tangible deliverables. Key responsibilities are to ensure oversight & validation of both the IDMP ‘Governance’ and ‘Architecture’ streams. Key deliverable is the successful implementation of a PLM (Product LifeCycle Management) system in GSK Vx R&D, unlocking value all through the end-to-end development process. PLM is now a cornerstone for PhP, Formulation and Manufactured Item management, and connect the different BUs for many use-cases (including Falsified Medicine Directive and other internal key processes). As member of the IDMP leadership team, I am accountable to take strategic decision concerning the IDMP governance and/or architecture to ensure deliverables as per plan, and escalate potential issues/challenge. As IDMP project manager, I am responsible for setting-up and maintaining the project plan, roadmap and dependencies, budget and resources, identifying risks and set-up remediation plans, monitoring progress and daily support and oversight of IDMP team (internal and complementary workers). -- ISO IDMP is the next wave in the pharmacovigilance legislation but with a global scope and requiring data integration from the entire company. Their purpose is to standardize the identification of medicinal products, ultimately leading to improved pharmacovigilance across products, companies and jurisdictions. It covers an extensive number of data fields including detailed information about product composition, manufacturing, safety, labelling and packaging. Implementing IDMP is a must-do, strategic project for R&D, impacting R&D licence to operate.

Project Manager (2012-2013) - InfiniDrive: Leader of the experimental section (Optimization of electrical vehicles’ charge). Infini Drive is a 9,09 M€ project aiming to develop a programme intended to become a benchmark for company and local authority fleets who want to integrate EVs. The consortium of 5 companies and 3 laboratories is lead by the French national mail group La Poste and the public electricity distribution network ErDF. - Geolocalisation of addresses: In charge of the coordination of the two partners and the organization and follow-up of experimentations. The goal of the partnership between La Poste and IGN is to increase the quality of addresses. In this frame, the geolocalisation (x,y and z) of each addresses is crucial. With Factéo, the postman smartphone, we experiment the record of the GPS coordinates. - Mail Boxes: “Reinvent The Mail Boxes” working group. Prospective working group about the future of mail boxes. This transversal group in La Poste organisation (involving mails division, parcels division, corporate teams...) was working on partnering with industrial to experiment innovative solutions, but also with students from design/engineering school/business school (CPI project "Bonjour"), with internal working group... Junior consultant in context of program “Création d’un Produit Innovant” – ESSEC (2011-2012) The goal of the project was to create an innovative solution for the mails and parcels which are not delivered in a first attempts. - Analysis of the global logistic chain of La Poste, identification of problems in mail delivery. - Customers’ satisfaction studies in mail delivery. - Proposition of innovative and creative solutions, prototypes and business plan elaboration, preliminary operational development. The project was internalized by La Poste teams, and implemented from summer 2013 in all the La Poste network, nationwide.
