Led a team to build engagement with Adobe’s emerging audiences, and connect valuable community insights to product teams. • Supported community engagement for the launch of generative artificial intelligence features with Adobe Firefly, the most successful beta launch in Adobe’s 40-year history. Set the bar for a scaled beta community: the Firefly Discord Server grew to over 330k members in three months. • Refined the process for Early Access briefings for Influencers and community, which drove strong momentum across community and social engagement for the Photoshop Generative Fill release. • Initiated and published the weekly Firefly Discord Digest synthesizing community engagement, which received praise from product teams for helping them tackle critical bug fixes and elevate concerns around ethics, product messaging, and biases. • Partnered with the team to conduct over 460 strategic interactions with customers, exceeding the annual goal by 53% over six months. • Built empathy and influenced product decisions through community interviews, discussion groups, executive round tables, and briefings on Express, Firefly, Content Authenticity Initiative, Adobe Collaboration Experiences, ProVideo Color, and Illustrator on the Web.
