Worked directly with the unit Vice President and cross-unit leadership to brainstorm ideas for efficiency, process improvement, and effort reduction while maintaining quality. Led staff of 10 editors (of varying levels of experience) and editorial assistants to develop 23 unique specialty and subspecialty examination titles for 8 clients annually.
