- Installation and programming cobots, robots, cameras and PLC controllers for new production lines. - Development of new automated and robotized equipment for Industry 4.0 projects. - Setting automated and robotized industrial processes related to car industry - Planning and realization of all modification and improvement needed for new automated installation in order to increase the production and PPLH indicator. - Respect of the quality requirement by integrating them in the production processes. - AMDEC or FMEA analysis of the manufacturing processes - Writing technical specification books and purchasing follow-up of the production machines and also production equipment. - Training of operators and maintenance technicians. - Setting assembly method and instructions standard work for operators and quality controllers. Follow-up manufacturing tools. - Programming Manufacturing machines and specific equipment used for the assembly department - Programming Robots and Program Logical Controllers integrated in the production lines.
- Electronics corrective maintenance of the CNC machines and of the manufacturing automated equipment related to car industry - Preventive maintenance of all machines and automated equipment of the production department. - Writing instructions standard work for maintenance technicians. - Training of the maintenance people. - Continuous improvement of the production automated equipment in order to increase the availability of the machines and MTBF indicator. - Modification with new installation of machines, programming PLC and CNC machines in the production department. - Follow-up technical documentation and electric spare parts.
- Electronics maintenance by changing defected components on board in any type of industrial equipment and any brand of products. - Electronics maintenance in various industrial manufacturing sites of North and Paris region. - Calibration campaigns attached to the BNM for probes and regulation devices related to food and chemical industry.
- Electronics repairing by changing defected components on board. Parameter settings for measuring equipment and temperature regulation unit distributed by the company - Writing calibration reports attached to the BNM inside metrology laboratory room for probes and measuring equipment.
- Maintenance and continuous improvement of the computer system service production control. Maintenance of industrial network related to textile manufactury. - Corrective maintenance of manufacturing department. - Technical project management : Design of electronic diagrams and programming microprocessor board for retrofitting special machine. - Follow-up of technical documentation and spare parts.
