My background combines hands-on leadership of asset intensive businesses, including serving as CEO of a renewable energy portfolio and building an international commodities and logistics business, with extensive corporate finance and transaction experience. This allows me to support both investment decisions and operational execution. I have worked across Europe, Asia and Africa and maintain an active network of investors, lenders and strategic partners, particularly within the DACH region and Northern Europe. Work with companies, investors and family offices across Europe on strategic development, capital raising and M&A transactions, with a focus on energy, infrastructure and asset intensive businesses. Advise senior management teams and investors on growth strategy, financing structures and investment opportunities, often supporting organisations during periods of expansion, restructuring and ownership transition.
Managed a group of companies that own a portfolio of renewable energy assets across multiple sites in France. Installed capacity was close to 200 MW. Our wind and solar assets produced clean energy, which we sold into the French national Grid.
