I am in charge to coordinate activity with the team responsible for Purchasing Electronic. Negotiate Technical changes and Non Conformance Costs, support quality/Logistic. Develop Tool (SAP), collect bonus. Initiate reporting to follow up purchasing productivity and fix actions plan when objective is not reached.
I was acting in Purchasing at the European level, responsible to fix the strategy for connectors, Negotiate prices on a worldwide basis, support locations (quality, logistic, commercial) and track price deviations through our Purchasing database.
