Working for Medical Company Boston Scientific since 1995. I have been in charge of different teams in the European distribution center in Inbound and Outbound departments which enabled me to build fifteen years of experience in all WHS activities, I decided to move to the office environment by joining the Export Service Department as Customer Service Representative and dealing with the Global distributors. I became the main contact person for our medical devices' distributors in Middle East & North Africa being also responsible of all pricing activities related to the global distributor business at BSCI. Since 2022 I am responsible for Pricing and SOX Compliance activities at Customer Care and Export Team department.

Contact person for distributors, handling their orders from order-entry to shipping, assuring that all customer's requirements are met. Working closely with Chamber of Commerce and Embassy's to get documents legalized.
