I'm an Aerospace Engineer and I have a PhD in Mechatronics. During my 20+ years of experience, I’ve worked both as an employee and as a consultant on many different projects. My activities involved, among others, the development of low-level drivers for custom-built computers (aerospace: Mercury Systems), the code development for embedded systems (medical devices: Dentsply, Novartis, Resista; probing heads, Tesa Technologies; renewable energies: GeoEnergia), the code development for PC based systems (flight simulators: Agusta Westland), the CAD development and FEM analysis (CNH, Gambro Dasco, Resista, Girard-Perregaux, Novartis). In the recent past, I also worked on the development and debugging of microcontroller-based electronic boards (Dentsply, Tesa Technologies, Geo Energia, Resista). Furthermore, just to demonstrate my ability to work independently and to manage myself and small teams, from the beginning of 2010 to the beginning of 2011 I promoted, followed, and coordinated the construction of a 200kw photo-voltaic plant, a 1.1M Euro project. I'd like to find a dynamic job involving challenging activities allowing me to use my various skills and further improve my professional profile. (For a client in the automotive field) Project: Test bench automatization; test bench control code development Job description: • Development of test benches for new automotive devices o Development of CAPL code for test execution automation. The goal was to control 12 benches in parallel. The code must work with 5 different CAN buses in parallel, controlling both the systems under test and the testing devices o Debug the hardware setup.
