INRA is the first institute for agricultural research in Europe. I Work in support of Directorate-General. In this respect, I provide owners assistance for IT project management : - help in requirements expression - document redaction (requirements specification, contractual documents) - negotiation of contract, estimate and planning - project monitoring I also design and develop web applications solutions : - functional and technical analysis, data/process modelling - analysis of interoperability with the institutional ecosystem - task planning - UI design - development & test, user acceptance test - product launch - user assistance (user guide redaction, training session organisation) Lastly, I ensure maintenance in operational conditions of the applications : - impact analysis of functional evolution - iterative development cycle - integration test I also contribute in the implementation of a professional network wich gathers remote computer scientists by making communication operations about my work and knowledge (document redaction, oral presentation) in a context of information sharing.
