Contribute to the increase of the Overall Opinion (OAO) by improving customer satisfaction and "Revenue" by the growth of CRM activities. Scope of activities: Customer Journey from digital to dealers, Sales / After Sales methods and quality, CRM efficiency, Customer Care and warranty.
For the European region (w/o France) - Definition of warranty and customer care budget - Project deployment at countries level - KPI definition and follow-up
-International team (19 people in France, Korea, Brazil and Romania) -Business Process Owner of the technical assistance standards, organisation, training and performance -In charge of the level 2 assistance for all markets (35 countries) -Last level of technical assistance for partners
•Management d’une équipe de 10 à 15 Conseiller Technique Réseau. •Suivi des indicateurs de performance, gestion des cas complexes avec l’amont de l’entreprise dans le souci permanent du client final. •Animation du réseau et mise en place de plan de progrès avec les affaires de mon secteur géographique. •Participation à l’élaboration des processus tel que la mise en place des opérations lancement véhicule.
