Currently work for PepsiCo France as Sr. Manager Engineering & Technology COE. Responsible for designing complete line Standards that will be deployed in our ESSA regions (Europe Sub-Saharan Africa). Main focus to improve Production line Start-up & commissioning and assist our Engineering team during those important steps of the projects. Supplier Relationship Management at regional level with all Key suppliers. Develop and Support our Engineering team - Elaborate project specifications, - Track capital spends for our ongoing projects - Key equipment support our Engineering team. - Check compliance to functional Specifications and scope of work during equipment manufacturing, Installation and commissioning. - Work with the plant to ensure compliance with our Machinery and Equipment Safety Standards.
Based in Bangkok, set up the Project Management department Responsible for India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines + Key account. (Glass, Can, PET bottling lines). Challenge: Building a project management team able to answer to most of the requests in South Asia with very specific and different markets.
Based in Shanghai set up the Engineering department for Pre & post contracting project management process for bottling lines Challenge: Adapt to Chinese market & building a project management team in Shanghai (20 headcounts) responsible of North Asian market.
Challenge: Implementation of SAP module in sales Dpt.
