Most security teams don’t have a training problem. They have a readiness problem. On paper, everything looks fine. Certifications are in place. Tools are deployed. But when a real incident hits, gaps show up quickly. That’s where I spend my time. I work with SOC and security teams to help them: • identify capability gaps before they become incidents • benchmark team performance against real attack scenarios • build confidence in how their team responds under pressure This isn’t theory or content for the sake of it. It’s about proving your team can actually operate when it matters. If you’re responsible for: • incident response readiness • analyst capability • or improving how your team performs in real scenarios It’s worth comparing how you’re currently measuring that. Outside of work, I’m usually on a golf course, watching football, or attempting to improve my piano skills.
TryHackMe is a gamified cybersecurity training platform that helps individuals and organisations learn, practice, and improve their security skills through real-world labs. In my role as an Account Executive, I help enterprise and education customers build cyber-resilient teams by: • Leading consultative conversations with CISOs, SOC leaders, and training managers to understand their security and skills challenges. • Demonstrating how hands-on, scenario-based learning drives measurable improvements in team readiness and risk reduction. • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to solution design, negotiation, and close. • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and content teams to align outreach with strategic growth goals. • Continuously refining sales strategy based on data, feedback, and market insights to accelerate deal velocity and customer success. At its core, this role is about helping organisations turn learning into capability and capability into confidence.
