The Construction project HERCULES, is the refurbishment of the Building 79i, @ JANSSEN VACCINES Bern Facility (from August 2023 to December 2024): - Extension / Upgrade of the ExPEC Area production capacity - Clean rooms upgrade of the production areas ExPEC, Unit C, Fill Finish. Upgrade of clean room arrangement, Improvement of personal and material flows in accordance with GMP requirements - Upgrade of the clean utilities production (new production skids AP water, Wfi and Clean Steam) - New process equipment (Fermenter, centrifuge, Autoclaves, Part washers) - Demolition and installation of a new global ventilation system in Level 3 (14 AHU) and a new ventilation distribution, - Electrical refurbishment, upgrade of the electric rooms in level 3, in Level 1 - New BMS system, Upgrade of the GMS system, and the DLS & EMS system.

EPCMV Construction Fast Track project, IRUKA Phase 2, Extension of Building E48 @ LONZA Visp : - Management of Construction : Process Installation, Fluid and gas distribution, Electrical, Ventilation, Clean Rooms. - Time schedule Management and Interfaces, - Pharmaceutical Shut Down Management The IRUKA phase 2 Biotechnology Fast Track EPCMV Project is located @ LONZA Visp in Switzerland, at Building E48. It's a building extension started in 2020 and planned to be in production mid 2021. In 2020-2021, I'm leading the Construction of Process Installations in level 4, Level5, Level 6, Level 7. This extension of the building includes one level of clean rooms, one technical level, and a penthouse level HVAC Units.
Achievements for the Construction of Building A @ CSL Behring Lengnau (now Thermo Fisher Scientific partnership with CSL) : - Management of Trades as a Client : Fluid and gas distribution, Power distribution, Electrical, Ventilation, Architectural, Furniture installation, finishing, - Management of finishing Tasks and Interfaces, - Adaptations for electrical and fire regulation compliance, - Contruction Management of Labs. The CSL Behring Recombinant Facility Project is located at Lengnau in Switzerland. It's a green field project started in 2015 and planned to manufacture recombinant products for hematology in 2022-2023. In 2019-2020, I led the completion of the construction of building A. This building includes 28 labs (R&D, QA/QC), 34 administratives rooms, 11 cold rooms, 29 technical rooms, 6 changing rooms, 1 restaurant, 1 kitchen with technical rooms.
Achievements for the buildings A and D @ CSL Behring Lengnau (now Thermo Fisher Scientific partnership with CSL): - All walkdown achieved in building A and D in 3 month duration - Walkdowns prepared for all fluids, PID red lined and submitted to client - A very satisfied Client, the work enabled Jacobs to obtain a new contract (redesign of the PID) and made it easier for CSL Behring to review the PID. The CSL Behring Recombinant Facility Project is located at Lengnau in Switzerland.
