Project/Process/Packaging engineer, fond of technology, eager to extend the scope of his expertise, and discover new challenges and environments
• Deployment of new robotic/packaging technologies (Syringes depaletizing robots, concept designs of cobots application, vision systems, wrapping machine, …) : Conceptual design, proof of concept, supplier selection, engineering, commissioning, validation and follow-up of start-up/routine operations • Key player for safety assessments and risk analysis (HAZOP, Machinery Directive, ...) • Coordination of various packaging facility improvement projects (continuous improvement, capacity increase, obsolescence management, compliance, ...) • Training of equipment users
• Technical support to Manufacturing teams by : ▪ Delivering technical expertise during troubleshooting and risk analysis (HAZOP, PED, FMEA, Functionnal Process Safety, ...) ▪ Technical assessments of installed steam sterilizers and biowaste decontamination units • Coaching and management of the Process Engineers team in charge of design, installation, commissioning and validation of new or revamped sterilizers and biowaste decontamination units • Writing of technical specifications and validation protocols • Managing of technical documentation and training of equipment users and maintenance teams
• Management of multidisciplinary technical projects (clean piping, electricity, instrumentation, automation, finishing, …) by coordination of internal resources, suppliers and external Engineering Offices • Responsible for the following : technical aspects (turn process needs into technical specifications, design, commissioning, …), procurement, quality (incl. qualification), safety, budget and planning • Type of projects : Revamping of pharmaceutical facilities and installation of pharmaceutical equipment (steam sterilizers, heat exchangers equipement (WFI stills, pure steam generators, pure water loops and decontamination units), washers, ...)
• Management of multidisciplinary technical projects (piping, civil engineering, electricity, instrumentation, process control, …) • Responsible for the following : technical aspects, quality, safety, budget, planning, legal licences, procurement and material selection • Type of projects : construction, extension and revamping of natural gas transmission facilities (pressure-reducing (inc. heat exchangers), compression and/or metering stations)
