Managing Director responsible for the management and development of three operational entities across Spain, Portugal and the United Arab Emirates, operating within the transport, logistics and industrial project sectors. I oversee full P&L responsibility for multiple business units, ensuring operational performance, profitability and strategic development across different markets. My role includes coordinating multi-entity operations, aligning local execution with group strategy, and managing cross-border teams in complex industrial environments. Key responsibilities include: Management of three legal entities: TTI (Spain), Bovis Ibérica (Portugal), and BME (Dubai) Full P&L responsibility and financial performance oversight Coordination of multi-country operations across Europe and Middle East Development of commercial activities and strategic key accounts Leadership of multi-site and multicultural teams Execution of operational improvement and business transformation initiatives I work closely with group executive leadership teams and international stakeholders to ensure alignment between operational execution and strategic objectives.
As the Director of International Subsidiaries, my role is to lead and oversee the operations of our companies established abroad.
