As part of the Enterprise Architecture Delivery team, I was responsible for delivering end-to-end infrastructure, cloud, security and networking solutions for business projects across SBM Offshore. Attached to the Customer Technical Service (CTS) organization, I contributed to the operation, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of SFR Business network services. Throughout my apprenticeship, I progressively evolved from operational network support to platform development and infrastructure management, gaining hands-on experience across networking, systems and service delivery domains.
