Achievements since July 2017: acting as Line Manager and Deputy of Project Lead: I doubled the size of the software organization from 5 to 9 Scrum Teams between Herisau and Bratislava. The trust in the SW organization has been re-established by delivering in time, in scope and budget and the defining a realistic delivery roadmap for the next 3 years. Transparency has been improved by establishing KPIs on progress, velocity, scope, quality and costs.
