With over 15 years of experience in fabrication, welding, and project execution, I have built a career grounded in technical excellence and strategic leadership. Beginning my journey as a welder and boilermaker, I developed a strong hands-on understanding of fabrication processes that continues to inform my management approach today. Over the years, I have progressed through key technical and leadership roles — Welding Engineer, QA/QC Manager, and now Managing Director — overseeing major oil and gas construction projects across Ghana and Angola, including TEN Project, Jubilee Field, OCTP, East Hub, and CLOV. As Managing Director, I am responsible for strategic direction, operational management, and business development, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. My expertise spans fabrication management, quality assurance, welding engineering, and multidisciplinary project coordination, enabling me to lead teams that consistently deliver complex projects on time and to international standards.
