I own and grow enterprise revenue across the full customer lifecycle, managing a $12M portfolio in EMEA and APAC with direct accountability for retention, expansion, and commercial performance. I operate at the intersection of Customer Success and Sales, turning existing accounts into revenue engines. This means leading executive conversations, aligning solutions to strategic priorities, and navigating complex buying environments to secure renewals and drive expansion. My approach is commercially driven: protect revenue first, then grow it. I focus on building structured expansion, creating visibility on risk and opportunity, and converting customer engagement into measurable outcomes. In parallel, I’ve built and scaled Customer Success teams from scratch : hiring, defining engagement models, and implementing performance frameworks in close partnership with Sales and RevOps.
