- Leadership of team to drive implementation of DanTrade - Groupe Danone`s Amsterdam based Procurement organization - Project will covering more than 90% of R&P spend in zone - Project impacting 10 functions and involving more than 70 people in zone - Project scope impacts people, processes, systems and suppliers - Leadership of change management activities aimed at supporting the evolution of the organization - Leadership of organizational design aimed at implementing & developing future organization
- Leads Indirect Procurement activities; - Ensures that annual objectives such as cost reduction and delivery of internal services are met or surpassed - Ensures addressable spend is properly contracted and that sourcing processes are sound, transparent & efficient; - Leads & ensure that ~30 team members are in the right role, supported and coached in order to accomplish their category management role - Ensure development, application and enforcement of corporate policies such as Travel, Training, Contract Labor, Consulting, as well as Compliance, Quality and Governance - Categories of spend: IS/IT, HR Benefits & Employee Services, Contract Labor & Consultancy Services, Outsourcing & Offshoring, Marketing, Print & Corporate Services, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Warehousing & Fleet Service, Financial Services, Travel & Expense Management. Overall consumption management on discretionary spend is also part of mandate.
