Interim mission to support planning team during merging of SAP IT systems of Cadbury’s France and Kraft Foods Europe. Candy manufacture for Hollywood, Malabar, Krëma brands. Planning and scheduling of 2 production lines, 1 packaging line (mix of products) Coordinate with Demand planner, logistics and production teams. Daily scheduling and monitoring of production results (KPI, OTD), materials inventory and availability. Effective upgrade planning tools from Excel to SAP-APO. Review of SAP parameters after Go-live, active participation to new planning tools improvement.
