More recently, I’ve been focusing on AI and data platforms — not just from a technical perspective, but from an architectural and organizational one. Because in practice, most challenges around AI are not about the models themselves. They are about how data flows, how systems integrate, and how organizations are structured to actually create value from it. I’m particularly interested in bridging the gap between strategy and execution: turning high-level vision into concrete, scalable platforms.
