I am recognized for my organizational and structured skills which allowed me to contribute to the success of several major FPSO projects, during both the commercial and the execution phases. My successive roles in Oil & Gas projects allowed me to work in many different geographical places and to learn a lot from various cultures and job functions. I am currently taking up a new challenge to improve the Engineering performance of SBM by implementing relevant Key Performance Indicators, norms and standards at Group Level to enable the Company to meet its strategic objectives. This task uses my stamina and strong leadership capabilities. My aim is to take an active part in the transformations which are currently taking place in the Energy market.
I am responsible for the governance of the SBM Engineering performance measurement and monitoring across Resource Centers.
I managed the SBM external Interfaces with all the other contractors of the ExxonMobil Liza Destiny FPSO Project. I was also in charge of the Management of Change process implementation in the SBM Project Management Team.
