At ConocoPhillips my responsibilities focus heavily on: safety, project execution, efficiency, and cost control measures. As the Project Lead I am the company man on location committed to the success of the project by embodying ConocoPhillips motto: Our work is never so urgent or important that we cannot take the time to do it safely and in an environmentally prudent manner.
As a Conocophillips intern our development focused on submersing ourselves in the company's culture and developing an understanding of the companies role with in the industry. Through this understanding we were to develop and present new ideas that could benefit the company within our group.
At Durotech my duties were to act under the supervision of the field superintendent as the CM on site. Building a municipality for the Santa Fe Texas, sheriffs department. I performed daily operation which included QA/QC, handling of daily reports, materials receiving, tracking man hours, coordinating subcontractors to meet schedule needs, and reviewing submittals to ensure codes and specifications are being met.
