Responsible for designing, building and scaling the pan-European operating system of a leading battery energy storage developer - from project lifecycle governance to data intelligence, cyber security and AI governance - while staying close to live project delivery across the UK and Europe.
Leading a great team of Project Managers for large scale renewable energy projects (PV, Wind, Battery storage) in North East Europe region incl. Germany, UK, Sweden, Austria and Poland and others. Establishing efficient processes and business improvements through best practice sharing across countries, regions and technologies.
Secondment for 1.5 years to support development and finalisation of 100MW onshore wind project in California. - Ensure project is in compliance with various permits on County, State and Federal level - Stakeholder management both with internal and external parties, in particular various US agencies on County, State and Federal level - Management of dedicated project development team - Strategic project planning and coordination - Establishment of tools, processes and reports
- Project management of wind projects in European markets such as Sweden - Leading economic assessment of renewable energy projects in existing markets and management of analysts, ongoing development of valuation tools - Stakeholder and relationship management with investors, contractors, authorities etc.
Market analysis and strategy, deal-making and transactional delivery of new business opportunities as well as ongoing support for established entities in the global wind market for BayWa r.e. - Strategic market assessment and evaluation for new markets - Deal origination and deal structuring involving both external developers as well as internal management - Project management of wind projects and other internal projects - Leading economic assessment of renewable energy projects in new and small existing markets and management of analysts, ongoing development of valuation tools
