I've spent 25+ years running large, complex operations in enterprise software — building teams, turning around underperforming businesses, and navigating the kind of M&A chaos that separates operators from managers. Earlier in my career I served as CEO of CloudJumper, where I led a full turnaround and business model transition from services to SaaS — and helped engineer its acquisition by NetApp. Most of my team from that chapter has since found their way back to work with me again. I take that as the review that matters most. Right now I'm COO for SoftwareOne's North American business while co-founding PsychReport.ai — a HIPAA-compliant AI platform that helps psychologists write better clinical reports faster. Building a regulated AI product while running a major P&L has taught me more about real-world AI adoption than any analyst report ever could. My background is a little unconventional. I'm a Naval Nuclear Power Training Command graduate — which means I learned systems thinking, zero-defect culture, and accountability before I ever set foot in a boardroom. I played football at NC State. I still train hard. I fish, windsurf, and occasionally remind people why I don't play golf. I'm interested in conversations about AI in regulated industries, enterprise operational transformation, and what it actually takes to build things that work in the real world — not just pitch decks about it. If that's your world too, let's connect.
PsychReport.ai is a HIPAA-compliant AI platform that automates psychological assessment reporting — turning hours of documentation into minutes. We help clinicians reclaim time for what matters: their patients, their practice, and their lives.
I run North America operations for SoftwareOne, a $1B+ global technology solutions provider. My scope includes customer success, alliances (Microsoft, AWS, Google, multi-vendor ISV), Presales, and Operational execution across the U.S. and Canada. My focus is making complex organizations move faster — restructuring operating models, building accountability frameworks, accelerating cloud transitions (EA → CSP, Marketplace, Copilot), and protecting margin while scaling coverage. I came to SoftwareOne through the Crayon acquisition, where I served as SVP of Operations for the U.S. business. I'm also the co-founder of PsychReport.ai, a HIPAA-compliant AI platform that automates psychological assessment reporting for clinicians. It started as a way to solve a real operational problem for my wife's practice — and became a proof point for what I'm most passionate about: leveraging emerging AI technologies to solve meaningful operational problems across industries. I love building things that work. Career themes: turnaround execution, cloud operations at scale, alliance ecosystem strategy, operating model design, AI-driven operational problem solving, and building high-performing teams in matrixed global environments. Outside of work: Soccer, CrossFit, Fishing, Windsurfing, eFoil
