Corporate Development, Corporate Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis: Led due diligence process for M&A and project financing from various funding sources including senior lenders, venture capital, private equity & gov’t agencies by building financial models, pitch books, coordinating legal diligence and investor relations. Provided FP&A support for C-suite strategic decision making, corporate development and restructuring efforts via weekly cash flow forecasting, global treasury management, monthly and annual budgeting management. Company was successfully taken private from TSX and acquired by New York based private equity fund, Antarctica Capital, in Q1 2021. First satellite successfully launched in July, 2025.
