I am interested in upstream breakthrough innovation and new product development. I am a strong technical thinker and enjoy solving complex problems and turning these into successful products. My professional aspiration is to grow internationally in innovation and product development in a diverse set of industries and categories, and in an environment where creativity and individuality are valued. I am currently working as a Senior Design Engineer / Project Manager for Procter & Gamble within the Packaging Research & Development group where I lead a number of global innovation and development initiatives. International Experience: 10 years in The Netherlands, 9 years in Belgium, 6 years in United Kingdom, 6 years in Germany, 4 years in The United States of America.

Six month internship with Philips Research at their Innovation Campus in Shanghai, China. Developed a new product concept for the lighting division.
Built a start-up venture alongside the head of the Design Department of Liverpool University, the owner of Optima Design Services and 3 MSc graduates specialising in product/architecture visualization and interactive web 3D. Carried out the role of project manager as well as a number of tasks related to the general business development.
