I am interested in upstream breakthrough innovation and new product development. I am a strong technical thinker and enjoy solving complex problems and turning these into successful products. My professional aspiration is to grow internationally in innovation and product development in a diverse set of industries and categories, and in an environment where creativity and individuality are valued. I am currently working as a Senior Design Engineer / Project Manager for Procter & Gamble within the Packaging Research & Development group where I lead a number of global innovation and development initiatives.
