Provided human performance support to advance the strategic business goals of the Department of State’s Integrated Logistics Management System (ILMS), an end-to-end supply chain system that manages the entire supply process from order to shipment to receipt. Role required extensive international travel in support of system implementation of two new ILMS modules, Expendables Supply Management and Vehicle Fleet Management Information system, to U.S. Embassies and Consulates. Implementation efforts often involved both in-person and remote training in support of system and user training, while customizing training solutions to mitigate geographic-specific implementation risks in a highly visible client-facing role
