TMC is provider of highly educated technical specialists, who work on a project basis at our customers. TMC started in 2000 and expanded to an international knowledge network of approximately 700 technical professionals, capable to ‘make a difference’ in an organization. TMC focuses on complex R&D related subjects, Manufacturing Support and Field Service. The Employeneurship model supports the professional in both technical- as personal development (proactive attitude, strong communicative skills, knowledge sharing, entrepreneurial behavior). TMC New Product Introduction Shortening ‘Time to Market’ and ‘First Time Right’ are subjects, that many companies struggle with. The TMC NPI team supports her customers in a smooth transfer of new products or processes from R&D to Operations. A good preparation is half the work and therewith our specialists are capable to act as a bridge builder in the dynamics between R&D and Operations. Common specialisms are Manufacturing Engineer, Test/Validation Engineer, NPI Project Engineer, Process Development Engineer, NPI Project Leader or Project/Program Manager.
