HR Consultation- Served as the primary point of contact for issues related to employee relations, HRIS configurations, performance management, federal and local employment law compliance, and general HR best practices. Quickly became a subject matter expert for Kronos, Litmos, and Prism HR. Customer Success- Quickly established rapport with key stakeholders to assess HR pain points and present solutions within the existing PEO ecosystem. Partner with Account Managers for assigned clients to continuously gauge client satisfaction and quickly identify retention risks. Implementation Support- Leveraged dual proficiencies in HR and systems administration to spearhead projects that supported smooth customized implementations (Prism, Kronos, customized Excel reports).
Established the HR department as a critical service hub for George Jon, Inc. employees, as well as strategic partner that protects business interests while guiding People-centric initiatives during a high-growth phase. It’s an industry that not too many people know about…but it is really cool, particularly in the product management space where we continue to re-invent ourselves and lead our industry. As the HR Manager, I oversee most major functions of the company's Human Resources department, including: Recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, legal/regulatory compliance, employee benefits, and employee engagement.
