I've spent 25 years building revenue engines, global teams, and market-entry strategies for companies ranging from early-stage ventures to some of the world's most recognized technology and media brands. My career sits at the intersection of three domains that are increasingly converging: technology-enabled business process outsourcing, enterprise go-to-market strategy, and international expansion. I've held P&L and commercial responsibility across North America, EMEA, and LATAM — building organizations from the ground up in markets where no playbook existed. At LinkedIn, I was one of the first five Global Account Managers in the Sales Solutions business before rising to lead a $300M ARR book across EMEA and LATAM, growing the team from 6 to over 100 people across Dublin, London, Paris, Munich, and São Paulo. At Density, I was the first executive hired outside the US, responsible for building the EMEA market from scratch. As CRO at SEBPO, I lead commercial strategy for a global BPO serving the world's largest advertising, media, and technology companies, integrating AI and automation into delivery workflows to drive measurable outcomes for clients. I hold an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSE in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. I also hold two US patents in real-time sales and collaboration technology. Beyond my operating career, I have served as a founding member of the U.S. Soccer Federation Development Council, contributing business leadership and impact investing strategy to expand access to elite youth development programs nationwide. I am actively exploring board and advisory opportunities where my expertise in global revenue growth, AI-enabled services, and international market expansion can create value for leadership teams navigating complex growth challenges.

As a member of the Development Council, I have three goals: 1) To serve as an ambassador of the game and the Federation 2) To contribute business skills and leadership 3) To drive impact investing Our focus area for this inaugural year is expanding access to scholarships for the players attending federation programs, including the newly launched Girls' Development Academy.
Our mission is to measure and improve humanity’s footprint on the world. We build technology that helps companies understand how people use space. Our solution is a hardware and software platform that generates high accuracy, completely anonymous data and insights that drive critical real estate and workplace decision making for office occupiers worldwide. As the first landed executive outside of the US, I built the platform on which Density will operate in EMEA and other new markets.
I was responsible for a $300MM ARR business in EMEA and LATAM as part of a $600MM global program with over 200 accounts and more than 20% in annual growth.
After moving to Dublin, Ireland in 2017, I led the EMEA and LATAM teams in LinkedIn's first cross-product sales organization, initially focused on our largest 17 clients. Starting with 6 in-region reps (all in London and Dublin) and a small cross functional team, I led the growth of the region to over 100 total headcount and $105MM in ARR while also expanding the physical footprint of the team to Germany, France, and Brazil.
Created and led the Professional Services team within the new Connected Enterprise Group, made up of LinkedIn's largest, most complex clients. Developed strategies to grow the business, managed team members in 7 countries on 5 continents, and drove client outcomes through consultative selling.
