I have a full-fledged CFO background with an acute Business Advisor focus. During the course of my international career, I have held a variety of CFO roles across Europe, USA and the Middle East, especially during 21 years' experience in Oil & Gas services industry with CGG (Group revenue range: $ 3.4 billion). After accompanying the growth of AARO’s enterprise software in Dubai as Project Manager for EPM Delivery - then as Transition CFO till the entity’s exit from the Middle East – I am joining a promising adventure. I am onboarding ContractHive and FutureHives as a CFO, a company building the AI operating system for finance and operations. Everyone is chasing AI for the easy wins. • Actively contributed to the financial due diligence process for AARO Middle East during the merger of the Parent Company with Pacera Group. • Served as Transition CFO, focusing on aligning the Middle East entity with global activities directed towards the Nordics. • Collaborated closely with shareholders to ensure a smooth transition and integration of financial operations.
• Led financial software implementation projects focusing on IFRS 16 compliance and group consolidation. • Supported diverse business teams across various sectors, enhancing management reporting and cash management. • Contributed to the entity’s portfolio growth, establishing relationships with over 50 top-tier clients in the Middle East and Asia. Reporting directly to the group Chairman and CEO, acting as Manager for some Dubai incorporated companies, interfacing with other regions and participating in group Management Committee: • Promoted fast turn-around of available assets according to evolving projects priorities, • Optimized and prioritized available group resources to fund support functions at regional level, • Liaised with other group support (based in Spain) and reinforced the multi-site Controlling function, in particular by revisiting the Project Financial Controller’s position, • Visited construction sites, real estate projects and operations entities in CEMAC region, • Monitored cash management for the direct costs of group projects, starting with funds assigned for projects in real estate and education sectors in Africa, • Intervened in Business Development travel and commercial proposals for an Oil &Gas NOC in Africa.
